Reopening Process and Protocol

Adjusted Hours

Center for the Arts Evergreen will reopen on June 13. For the foreseeable future, our new hours for the public will be:

Mon-Fri: 10-5 pm
Sat: 11 am-5 pm
Sun: Closed

All volunteers and public-facing employees will be required to wear masks 100% of the time. All visitors are required to wear masks upon entering the building. Our class participants (adult and youth classes) will be required to provide their own mask and wear it during our indoor and outdoor on-site classes at CAE. Some exceptions may be made for our plein air classes taught off-site

In order to cut down on public contact, we will require that all transactions are paid with a credit card. We encourage you to register online at home for any class you plan to take.

  • Our Maker’s Market will take place from June 13-July 18 during our newly adjusted business hours. We will allow up to 10 people into the Center at one time for shopping at the Maker’s Market during our newly adjusted business hours (see above). Click here for more details on the Maker’s Market.
  • Summerfest, our annual art festival in Buchanan Park, has been canceled for 2020. We will publish dates for Summerfest 2021 as soon as a decision has been made.

We have a new array of online and in-person classes. All classes are listed on our Classes page and are open for registration. We will be posting new classes as they are scheduled. Please click here to read all policies for our in-person classes.
