Create a bold, one-of-a-kind ring in this hands-on wax carving workshop. Students will design and carve their own sculptural ring using both hand tools and heated tools, exploring expressive forms and personal style.
This class is beginner-friendly while still engaging for those with prior experience. You’ll learn how to work with wax as a sculptural material, refine your design, and prepare your piece for casting.

What You’ll Learn
Ring sizing and proportions
Wax carving techniques (additive and reductive)
Surface refinement and texture
Preparing a piece for casting
What to Bring
Water bottle and snacks.
Optional: inspiration images or sketches
