Women’s Art Circle

Our vision is to gather like-minded women to explore the world of art. Whether you are an artist, art enthusiast, writer, musician, business leader, or CEO of your household, we want you to be a part of something interesting, meaningful, and, of course, fun! Proceeds from the Women’s Art Circle go to support youth education and outreach programs at CAE.

• Bi-monthly happy hour events, including gallery tours, guest speakers, fine and performing arts experiences, and the opportunity to meet, inspire or be inspired by other women
• Volunteer opportunities (CAE is always in need of volunteers for events!)

• Planning and oversight of CAE’s annual gala
• Leadership opportunities through signature events and committees
• Encourage and create opportunities for youth involvement in the arts
• Advocate for CAE and the arts in our mountain community

Membership Investment: A $500 annual gift to CAE (this may be paid over the year – please select a recurring donation of $125 paid quarterly) and a CAE Membership in one of the following categories:

Join us the night of Tuesday January 6th for a private tour of the Coors Western Art Exhibit at the National Western Complex! We will enjoy some light appetizers and wine first, and then the curator will begin the tour for us.

Join us the evening of March 11th for a private studio tour of the talented artist Pat Aaron. We will watch demos of her creating, learn about her process, and get a tour of her studio. We will have light appetizers and drinks for eveyone!

Join us the night of May 7th (times TBD) for the Paper Fashion Show Runway! The Paper Fashion Show shines light on Colorado talent and features haute couture fashions made entirely from paper that are showcased on the grand runway and judged by an esteemed panel of top Colorado-area designers and celebrities. This all-volunteer organized and run event, helps support not only our mission to elevate Colorado art and design to the national level but also the non-profit Downtown Aurora Visual Arts, a local community organization that provides after-school arts programs for urban youth.

Join us for a private tour of the Museum of Outdoor Art in Greenwood Village! We are working on confirming a date, but it will be sometime in that last week of August.

Join us during the day on October 8th for a private tour from Lori and Adam Acott of the Loveland Foundry!

Join us on Thursday November 5th for a Gallery Crawl in the Santa Fe Art District in Denver! Think “bar crawl”, but galleries instead! It will be a fun afternoon touring 3-5 galleries and learning about the spaces and artists.
