This delightful pairing of guided meditation and art-making will open your heart, illuminate your mind, and engage your soul. Every 90-minute class features a different theme or project, and a variety of materials are at your disposal, including paints, charcoal, oil pastels and more. Spontaneous and free-flowing, enjoy this internal exploration of self-expression in a safe and loving space. The only requirement to participate is the willingness to set aside expectations and embrace your curiosity and openness.
