Class Overview
Enjoy a relaxed and inspiring evening in this guided fused glass open studio. Each monthly session invites you to explore the art of kiln-formed glass as you design and build your own functional piece. Choose from a wide selection of molds—plates, bowls, platters, spoon rests, and more—and create a one-of-a-kind work that reflects your style.
Each session begins with a short introduction to fused-glass basics, including cutting, shaping, composition, and preparing your piece for slumping. Whether you are brand new to glass or a returning student with experience, Emily provides hands-on support tailored to your ideas and skill level. With no set project, you’re free to experiment with pattern, color, texture, and form each month.
Finished pieces will be ready for pickup approximately two weeks after class.
