Want to learn to paint with oils? Are you a beginning oil painter who wants to build on your skills? Has it been a while since you have painted and want to get back into oil painting? Then, this is the class for you! Students will learn basic art concepts and painting techniques as we get those brushes moving! This class is open to students who are brand new to oil painting or have previously taken a beginner class or two and are looking to gain more knowledge and skills.

***The first day of class is optional!  On Tuesday, September 3 we will discuss supplies, setting up your palette, a quick guide to color mixing, how to pick a reference and start a painting. During this introductory class, Brenda will guide you through the materials you’ll need for the first day of painting on Tuesday, September 10th.
