Tom Edwards is a full-time professional potter who has been working in clay nonstop since graduating from college in 1978. He is known for his Wallyware cartoon pottery as well as his epic farting unicorn copyright battle with Elon Musk. Tom will bring a variety of pieces from his collection to talk about different approaches to ceramic design, give throwing and trimming demos, and discuss how to tap into ones inner voice to discover ways to make work that has a distinct artistic signature. This workshop is ideal for those who are thinking about selling their work and for anyone who is looking for inspiration for their next ceramic project. This inspirational pottery class is open to all students past, current, and future.
